Please allow the desired area to be waxed grow to be at least the length of a grain of rice or 1/4 inch but no more than 1 inch.

Any use of prescription and non-prescription retinols, as well as other skin thinning products should be discontinued at least 2 weeks prior to waxing appointment. Accutane clients please allow at least 1 year from medication before being waxed. If you have any kind of sunburn, laser burn, pustules or breakouts on the area to be waxed, or the area to be waxed is not clean or sanitary; based on the situation it is at our discretion whether to continue the service.

Please do not use a numbing cream beforehand, it may interfere with the wax not adhering correctly.
